Your Tech Moved (or You Did)
Life happens. Your favourite tech relocated, or maybe you did.
You’re Not Seeing Progress
Laser tattoo removal does take time. But three, four, five sessions in and your tattoo looks…basically the same?
This could be a few things:
- Equipment issues – Not serviced regularly, outdated technology, or just not the right laser for your ink
- Treating too frequently – If they’re booking you every 4-6 weeks, they’re likely prioritizing their bottom line over your results
- Inexperienced operator – Weekend course certification ≠ years of hands-on expertise
Sometimes the difference between mediocre removal and great removal is simply the person behind the laser.
It Feels Like a Sales Factory
You know that icky feeling when someone’s clearly working from a script? When every interaction is designed to upsell you?
Corporate chains love this approach. We don’t.

You can come for your free consult whenever you’d like. Some of what we cover might sound familiar, some of it you’ll be surprised you hadn’t heard before.
We don’t need your treatment history. We continue the process from where you and your tattoo are now, and see whether we can help you get to your goal for your skin.
The Required Break
We need you to wait at least 4 months from your last treatment before we touch your skin.
Why so long? Your body will still be processing particles from that last session. Treating too soon and we’d be wasting your time and money.
We know that sounds like forever when you’re frustrated, but it’s necessary for good results.
What About the Package I Bought?
That’s between you and your previous provider.
Some have refund policies. Many don’t. We can’t influence that – but if you’re stuck with remaining sessions somewhere else, and you’re just exploring options? That’s fine too.
Come talk to us. Get a second opinion. You don’t owe us anything either.

We’ll assess your current situation honestly. If we see signs of overly aggressive treatment or concerning practices, we’ll tell you.
