TLDR:We don’t collect much. We’re not in the business of selling your data or bombarding you with spam. We collect what we need to serve you, and that’s it.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect
When you browse our website: Not much, honestly. You can block cookies and scripts and still use most of the site (though the dropdown menus might get finicky).
We use
- Umami.js for anonymous analytics – it tracks which pages get visited without tracking you personally. No cookies, no personal data collection.
- Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact forms from spam bots
That’s it. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No tracking you around the internet.
When you book a consultation through Jane App:
- Your contact information (name, phone, email)
- A credit card on file (explained below)
Why the credit card? We require a card to comply with our Cancellation Policy. If you no-show without texting or calling us at 825-925-7398, we charge a $50 fee. We’re a small team, and missed appointments directly impact our ability to help others.
When you become a client
We keep treatment records including:
- Medical and lifestyle information (to screen for contraindications that could affect treatment safety or results)
- Treatment history and notes
- Before/after photos (for your treatment records only – not shared without your explicit consent)
- Photo/video release preferences
How We Use Your Information
Straightforward:
- To schedule and conduct your treatments
- To follow up on your healing process
- To improve our services
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We don’t sell your information. Period.
Who We Share Your Information With
Jane App – Our scheduling and client management platform. They’re HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant. Jane App Privacy Policy

Cloudflare – Provides form protection. They process minimal data to verify you’re human, not a bot. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
That’s it. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless legally required to do so.
Your Rights
This is your information. You have the right to:
- Access what we have on file
- Request corrections
- Request deletion (within legal constraints)
- Opt out of marketing communications

Age Requirements
You must be 18+ to receive treatment. We’re located inside Urge 2 Tattoo, an 18+ shop. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a guardian present at every appointment.
